7-Day Return Window
We offer an easy 7-day return policy for eligible products. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached.
Non-Eligible Items
Sale items and promotional products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process

- Provide your order ID and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, send the product back to our warehouse.
- We will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via bKash or Nagad within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping Charges
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
